As before with Product Management, Total Seller offers different ways to search, manage, and edit your orders..

Display and search orders

Orders > Search workspace

The Orders > Search workspace is designed to help you find orders with the most common criteria in a simple way..

Select a search field, enter the search text and press the Enter key or click on the icon.

Orders > Manage workspace

The Orders > Manage workspace offers advanced order search options.

Click on Show All to view all orders in the table.

Select Show filter and the table shows an additional line where you can enter a filter criterion for each column:

First, select the filter type by clicking on the icon to the left of the Filter field. Then, enter the filter field criteria. Once your criteria is complete, press the Enter key and Total Seller fills the table with all orders meeting such criteria. Click on the leftmost icon in the filter line to clear the table and enter new criteria. Additionally, you could sort by column and so further customize the layout.

Select a Batch to display the orders of an individual work batch.

Orders > Workflow Steps workspace

Click on the workflow step navigation to display all orders currently assigned to that workflow step.

Move the selected orders to another workflow step by clicking the button of the workspace toolbar. Total Seller displays the proposed workflow step by Next Step on the toolbar. Alternatively, you can choose another workflow step by clicking on the small down arrow next to it.

Additionally, you can divide the work by assigning a new or existing work batch to the selected orders. To do this, just click on the icon next to Batch in the workspace toolbar.

On the main toolbar, click on Print. Export adresses to print packing lists, packing slips and delivery notes or export delivery addresses.

Invoices

In the order workflow steps workspace, click on Generate invoice numbers to automatically generate invoice numbers for the selected or displayed orders.

Enter the first invoice number with up to 20 digits and click on OK.

You can use any combination of characters and numbers as invoice number. The final numeric key of the invoice number is automatically increased. Total Seller remembers the last invoice number so that no starting number must be entered during invoicing.

Tip: Total Seller includes an invoice template with calculation and display of VAT and shipping costs. In the print dialog, select the invoicing report and click on Design to select the desired template. Invoice templates can also be used to automatically generate invoices and send them to customers via e-mail.

Show summary

You can also display an overview of all data for the currently selected order. Click on Show Summary on the workspace command bar and then select an order from the table. You can customize summary fields just like you would with table fields in Total Seller ***. To do this, right-click on a field header and add headers and other fields as required. You can also change the order of the fields by clicking on a heading and dragging it to the desired position.

Edit orders

You cannot directly edit the orders displayed in the table or summary view.

Invoke the order editor by double clicking at the start of the row or on the column. This will open another window where you can edit all order data.

Send shipping confirmation

All sellers must send shipping confirmations to Amazon before the customer is charged for the purchase price and the money can be credited to the seller.

If a packet is ready to be delivered, move the corresponding order to the workflow step Shipping. Click then on Confirm Shipping in the main toolbar to display all orders eligible for shipment. The dialog window shows all orders whose shipping confirmation can be submitted to Amazon. If necessary, uncheck any individual orders or items you wish to exclude. These items will appear the next time. If you wish to permanently exclude and order from shipping confirmation, select the order row and press the Delete Key.

Usually, the entire quantity is confirmed. However, if you perform a partial delivery, you can enter the delivered quantity in the Confirmed column. The next time, the order will be shown for the remaining amount and until the entire ordered quantity is delivered.

Click on OK to upload shipping confirmations to Amazon. Check in your Amazon seller account whether shipping confirmations have been successfully processed by Amazon.

Note: Shipping confirmations can be uploaded to Amazon for all orders with a valid shipping date. The shipping date is automatically set to the current date when the order is moved to the workflow step Send. However, you can also enter or change the shipping date manually if necessary.
