The fastest product entry is performed with a special entry form.

1.In the navigation, click on Products > Add New , to enter new products and create an Amazon listing at the same time.

2.Enter product data. To ensure that the listing can be uploaded to Amazon, you must at least specify the following fields: Amazon ASIN (Amazon unique part number), Condition, Quantity Available and your Amazon Price. If you would like to use the automatic price adjustment function, it is often useful to enter the Minimum Price and Maximum Price.

To reserve an entry for further product entry, click on after the field name. Thus, the entry form fields are not emptied after saving but retain their value. This feature allows you to quickly add a number of similar products without having to enter any data from scratch. To unlock the field so that it is cleared upon save, click on.

3.To associate a product to an Amazon listing, click on the button behind Amazon ASIN. If you select a product in the Amazon Search Dialog the field Amazon ASIN and all blank fields are automatically filled out.

To search for a product in Amazon's listings and transfer all product data automatically, enter a couple of product data items to be used as default search criteria and  click onSearch. Alternatively, you can leave all fields blank, click on Search*** and then enter for example the product name or keyword in the Amazon Search Dialog. Once you select a product in the Amazon Search Dialog, all fields are filled out, even those containing text.

Tip: Use a barcode scanner. - To accelerate your product entry, you can also use a barcode scanner. To do so, place the entry cursor in the Code field and scan an ISBN, EAN or UPC code. Total Seller looks up the product in Amazon's catalog and automatically fills out all fields and the ASIN. (In Amazon account settings in Total Seller, select the standard category of your sold products to ensure the ASIN code is chosen from the correct category when the product is listed several times on Amazon.)

4.The format field is filled in during search and those format entries, which do not exist but have been found in the Amazon search, will be automatically added. However, you can also add your own formats by clicking on the arrow after the field:

Select:

New

Create a new entry.

Edit

You can change the text and description of the selected entry.

Delete

Delete the entry. Please note that you can only delete the entry if it is not associated with other products.

Similarly, you can add, edit, and delete custom categories and storage locations.

5.Click on:

Search

To search for an Amazon listing and associate the corresponding products. (see above)

Save

Save the entry and clear the entry fields for further product entry. If no work batch has been created, a new work batch is requested right after the name.

Review

Saves the setting just like Save but requests a reason for the additional review. Moreover, the product is not saved in the workflow step New / Pending but in New / Review. For example, products may be partially entered and saved and be reviewed at a later time by other employees. (Please note that this feature is not available in all editions of Total Seller.)

Cancel

Discards the entries and clears entry fields for a new product entry.

Delete

Deletes the entered product.

6.Once a product has been entered and saved, it is displayed in the list below the entry form. You can also select a previously entered product to perform changes.
7.Continue with the entry of new products by starting again from step 2.
8.New products are not immediately uploaded to the Amazon server but are first displayed in the Workspace > Workflow steps - New / Pending or Workflow steps - New / Review for final acceptance or review. Once new products are ready to be uploaded to the Amazon server, go to Workspace Products > Workflow Steps - New / Pending, select any or all products (for example, using the command Selection > Select All) and move the products to the Workflow Step - Available / Online by clicking on Next Step: Available / Online button in the workspace toolbar. As soon as the new products are in Workflow Step: Available / Online they can be uploaded to the Amazon web site.
